Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Beachy365 is all about feeling good. If our products don’t make you feel beachy, we’ll fix that!
Please note: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Returns
You can return a product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please make sure items are unworn, unused, and in good condition. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, all is not lost! While we can’t offer you a refund after 30 days, we can exchange the item or offer a store credit.
We do not accept returns of stickers.
We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your returns and exchanges. Simply contact us to start the returns process.
Refunds
Refunds take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment type.
If your refund seems delayed, first please check your bank account (again). Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will exchange any item as long as it is in the same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us and we'll get right back to you with instructions.
